How our journey began

Founder and Owner Emily Young started her journey in the wig making business when she went to college at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Although the wig and makeup design program focused on wigs for theatre and film, Emily saw an opportunity to use these skills to help people feel more like themselves in every day life. She made her first medical wig at the age of 19 for a magnificent woman going through chemotherapy, and she hasn’t stopped since!

Emily moved to Chicago, IL after she graduated and started her career making everyday use wigs for countless different clients. She specializes in working with people with any kind of hair loss and has honed her skills to produce the most realistic pieces possible. Working with Emily is different from other wig suppliers because your wig is fully custom and made just for you.
